  • Holistic approach. We recognize that health and pain are determined and influenced by multiple factors including biophysiological, psychological and social/contextual.

  • Treatment based on the best available evidence. Research moves fast in the health/medical world, we have set measures in place to attempt to keep up this includes research reviews, subscription to reliable info resources, mentorships and more.

  • Empathy and respect. We believe the patient is their biggest expert on their health or pain experience. Therefore we want to ensure you feel heard, respected and understood.

  • Accurate information about expectations, treatment effects, diagnosis and other relevant topics in relation to recovery and rehabilitation. We acknowledge our limitations and do not provide false promises.
