What to Expect
Before starting classes, all participants complete a one-on-one initial assessment — so we can get to know your goals, health background, and experience.

Tayaba, Physiotherapist
If you have an existing injury or health condition, your assessment will be with Tayaba (Physiotherapist).

Keeley, Pilates Instructor
If you’re joining primarily for general fitness or wellbeing, your assessment will be with Keeley (Pilates Instructor).
This ensures you’re starting at the right level — safely and confidently.
