A QUIETER PLACE TO DO YOUR REHAB
Gym Rehab Space in Geraldton
You know you need to do your exercises. But doing them at home is hard. There are distractions. You might not have the right equipment. And at some point, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises may not be enough. You may need weights. Machines. A proper space. A plan that actually helps you build strength. But that does not mean you want to walk into a busy gym full of loud music, mirrors, crowds, and people training for very different reasons. The Adapt Movement gym is a small, quiet rehab space for people who need somewhere more comfortable to exercise. It is not a public gym. Before you get access, you first need to book an appointment with one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists below. We use that session to understand what you need, help guide your program, and make sure the gym is the right fit for you.

WHY CHOOSE A QUIETER GYM
What’s different here
This is not a mainstream gym. It is quieter. Smaller. Less crowded. And it has been set up for people who are exercising for rehab, health, pain management, confidence, or return to work and sport. There are minimal mirrors. There is plenty of natural light. The equipment is new. And most of the people using the space are there for the same reason. They are trying to move better, get stronger, and keep working on their health.

A quieter space
This is one of the quietest gym spaces in Geraldton.
Outside of group class times, the space is usually calm and simple to use.

Built for rehab
The gym has strength machines, cardio equipment, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells, and other rehab equipment. It gives you somewhere to keep progressing when home exercises are no longer enough.

Support before you start
You do not need to know exactly what to do before you begin. Your first appointment helps us understand your injury, health condition, goals, confidence, and current level. From there, we can help set up a program that makes sense for you.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
Most people who need this space have tried doing rehab at home
A lot of people start with good intentions.
They plan to do their exercises at home.
Then life gets in the way.
Or the exercises feel too easy.
Or they are not sure when to progress.
Or they need to move past bands and start using proper weights.
This is often the point where people get stuck.
They know they need to build strength, but they do not feel comfortable in a normal gym.
They want somewhere quieter.
Somewhere less intimidating.
Somewhere that feels like it actually suits them.
That is what this gym is for.

How it works
O1.
Book with our team to discuss gym access
Your first step is to book an appointment with one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists. This appointment is for people who are interested in using the Adapt Movement gym, but need to speak with one of our team first. We use this session to talk through your injury, health condition, goals, confidence, and what support you may need before training independently.
O3.
Train independently
Once you are set up, you can access the gym independently using your toggle. The gym is unsupervised, so you complete your program on your own. If you need supervision, that can be booked separately.
O2.
Set up your program
If gym access is suitable, we can help set up a program for you. Your program may focus on strength, stability, fitness, pain management, confidence, return to work, return to sport, or general health. We can give you the program through PhysiApp or as a printed copy.
O4.
Review when needed
Reviews are separate from the gym membership, but they can be helpful. A review can help you progress your exercises, increase load safely, adjust anything that is not working, or get more confident with your program. If you use PhysiApp, you can also add feedback about your exercises. We can go through that together during a review. You can contact the team at any time if you have a question, concern, or are unsure about something.
