How to Join
To begin using the rehab space, you’ll need to book an initial appointment with one of our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists.
This session allows us to complete a full assessment and provide you with a personalised exercise plan tailored to your health status, goals, and any physical limitations. It ensures every part of your rehab program is safe, effective, and appropriate for your unique needs.
Once you're set up with your program, you’ll have full 24/7 access to the rehab space for just $45/month.
