FAQ´S

Choosing the right appointment length

We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute consultations depending on your needs.

60 minute appointments are recommended for:

  • Persistent or long standing pain

  • Multiple injuries or health concerns

  • More complex conditions

  • More complex post surgery rehabilitation

  • When you would like a more thorough assessment and plan

30 minute appointments are suitable for:

  • Simpler injuries or concerns

  • Follow up sessions

  • Progressing an existing treatment plan

If you are unsure, our team can help guide you to the most appropriate option.

What to Expect

Every session is designed to help you feel confident, informed, and supported.
Your appointment will typically include:

  • A thorough assessment of your condition

  • Clear explanation of what is happening and why

  • A personalised treatment and rehabilitation plan

  • Practical strategies to help you between sessions

  • Ongoing guidance to support your recovery

Our focus is not just on treatment, but helping you understand your condition and feel in control of your recovery.

Do I need a referral?

... No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment with us. However, to receive a rebate through Medicare you will need an appropriate GP referral.

Can I claim through private health insurance?

... Yes. If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate. We offer on the spot claiming for your convenience.

Are there other funding options available?

... We support a range of funding options including Medicare, NDIS, and WorkCover where applicable. If you are unsure what you are eligible for, our team can help guide you.

How many sessions will I need?

... This depends on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over a longer period. Your clinician will discuss this with you and create a plan that suits your needs.

I have tried treatment before and it did not help.

How is this different?

... We take the time to understand your individual situation and provide a personalised approach. Our focus is on helping you understand your condition and you as a person, not just treating symptoms, so you feel confident managing your recovery.

What if I am not sure where to start?

... That is completely okay. Our team can help guide you to the most appropriate service and appointment type based on your needs.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so we can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
