Adapt Movement Pain Program in Geraldton is an 8-week educational and movement-based program designed to support people living with back pain. Through small-group sessions that include guided movement and discussions informed by contemporary pain science, participants explore strategies that may help them better understand and manage their symptoms. The program focuses on building confidence with movement, developing practical skills and fostering a supportive environment for learning. If you are experiencing ongoing discomfort or would like a structured space to explore evidence-informed approaches to pain, this program offers guidance to help you navigate that process.

Have had pain for more than 3 months
Feel stuck, limited, or unsure how to move safely
Want practical, evidence-based strategies to manage daily life
Are ready to learn and make small, supported changes

Program Snapshot
Duration: 8 weeks (1 hour/week)
Group size: Maximum 10 participants
Facilitator: Samuel Bulten, Exercise Physiologist (Masters in Pain Management)
Includes: Education, reflection tools, and guided movement
Screening: All participants complete a short suitability session before joining

It focuses on education, movement, and self-management skills to complement ongoing medical or allied health care.
