What Is It?
An 8-week group program combining education, discussion, and guided movement — designed to help you live well alongside pain, even when it remains part of life.
How pain behaves in the body and nervous system
How stress, sleep, and mindset affect pain
How to pace and plan activities
How to build confidence and return to valued activities

Who It’s For
You may benefit if you:
Have had pain for more than 3 months
Feel stuck, limited, or unsure how to move safely
Want practical, evidence-based strategies to manage daily life
Are ready to learn and make small, supported changes

Program Snapshot
Duration: 8 weeks (1 hour/week)
Group size: Maximum 10 participants
Facilitator: Samuel Bulten, Exercise Physiologist (Masters in Pain Management)
Includes: Education, reflection tools, and guided movement
Screening: All participants complete a short suitability session before joining

This program is not designed to treat mental health or psychiatric conditions.
It focuses on education, movement, and self-management skills to complement ongoing medical or allied health care.
